"Cutter control system" is a control system for cutting the corners of bags round, "cutting and rounding" and "cutting and cutting". It is especially effective to prevent sharp corners (burrs) which are easy to appear when cutting corners. The shape of corners is round and beautiful, so as to improve the value of goods.

The structure is monitored by a high-precision CCD camera installed above the cutting knife used for fillet processing and incision processing, and then transmitted to the computer for image analysis. Even if the cutting deviates from the specified position due to printing deviation and other reasons, the computer will automatically correct the position and cut the cutter in the correct position through servo motor drive and "film position control".

"Two-knife cutting mode" and "one-knife cutting mode" can be selected according to the bag-making conditions.

Only 1 cut is made exactly on the diagonal of the fillet puncher (center of the puncher).

"Two-cut method"

After cutting 1 knife at the star acute Angle, move the knife holder up about 0.6mm (0.6mm ~ 1.5mm can be set arbitrarily) and cut another knife.

Through the high-precision processing technology of "cutter control system", "unilateral incision processing" can be made, that is, incision processing is carried out close to the inside of the bag edge (refer to the picture below). This kind of processing is difficult to be done by the previous device, but now it can be processed with high precision. "Cutter control system" can be said to be able to respond to various shape cutting requirements of the system.
